How event payments work
We pay based on net export to the grid. For example, your battery may discharge 3kWh but your house uses 1kWh, so you would only be paid for 2kWh.
Which readings do we use?
We always use smart meter readings where possible. When these aren't available, we fall back to your battery manufacturer's readings.
What to do
Check your electricity supplier account (e.g. Octopus) — if the readings differ from what you expect, then send us evidence using the form below.
