What data we use

We calculate earnings based on smart meter readings where possible. When these aren't available, we fall back to your battery manufacturer's readings.

What's happened

This is a rare occurrence where we fail to get both set of readings.

We can normally compensate you for the event, but we need evidence of the energy you exported.

What to do

Check your electricity supplier account (e.g. Octopus) — submit a support request with the export readings during the event.
