How much can you earn from a SolaX battery?
We pay £1/kWh for every unit your SolaX battery exports during a grid event, and at least £10 a month even when the grid is quiet.
Events depend on grid conditions in your area, so earnings vary month to month. Payments stack on top of any export tariff you already have.

Is your SolaX system compatible with Axle?
Axle works with SolaX storage inverters that are online in SolaXCloud, hybrid or AC-coupled, single or three-phase. Compatibility depends on the inverter and its dongle, not the battery, so any SolaX battery attached to one of these works too.
Compatible SolaX inverters include
- X1-Hybrid G4 single-phase, 3.0 to 7.5 kW, and the X1-Hybrid LV, 3.0 to 6.0 kW
- X1-IES all-in-one, 2.5 to 8 kW, and the X-ESS G4
- X1-AC and X1-Fit G4 AC-coupled single-phase, 3.0 to 7.5 kW
- X3-Hybrid G4 and G4 Pro three-phase, 4 to 15 kW, plus the X3-IES and X3-Fit G4
- X3-Ultra three-phase, 15 to 30 kW (events run at up to 20 kW)
Compatible SolaX batteries include
- Triple Power T-BAT H 5.8 (T58), H 5.0 (T50) and H 3.0 (T30) modules
- T-BAT HS25, HS36 and HS51 high-voltage stacks
- T-BAT LV R25 and R36 stacks for the X1-Hybrid LV
- IES battery modules, plus the TB-HR76 and TB-HR140
- A working smart meter

Open SolaXCloud, tap Service, then Join VPP
SolaX customers join Axle from inside the SolaXCloud app rather than on this site.

Find Axle in the list and tap Join
Follow the sign-up steps in the app. They give Axle access to read your battery's metrics and control it during grid events, and your battery is connected.

Your SolaX battery is part of the Axle VPP
We email you the day before your first grid event. Your battery exports during it, and the earnings land in your Axle balance a few days later, ready to withdraw whenever you like.
